Established in 2021, Boobytrap Brewery is all about one thing: Capturing Flavour. Based in Westcott, Buckinghamshire (between Bicester and Aylesbury), we believe in opening up people's worlds to a whole new range of flavour experiences through our handcrafted beers and artisan foods.
Based in Westcott, Buckinghamshire, Boobytrap Brewery was born out of culinary chef Philip Baker's dream to bring together his two passions: artisan cooking and craft brewing.
Having spent two decades cooking dishes for the great and the good, Philip turned his hand to setting up a 5BBL microbrewery and eatery to share both his passion for food and craft beer in one location.
Our passion is to pair great beers with fantastic food flavours. As a culinary chef, Boobytrap's founder and brewer, Philip Baker, is also an experienced chef who has led a team of cooks to create a wide variety of meals, which are now available from our brewery tap room.
Come on down when we're open and grab some beers and a bite to eat with our freshly cooked bar foods.
