Based in Westcott, Buckinghamshire, Boobytrap Brewery was born out of culinary chef Philip Baker's dream to bring together his two passions: artisan cooking and craft brewing.
Having spent two decades cooking dishes for the great and the good, Philip turned his hand to setting up a 5BBL microbrewery and eatery to share both his passion for food and craft beer in one location.
Muppetery is our inaugural brew, launching our new brewery based in Westcott. With smooth caramel notes, citrus and pine aromas and a dry clean finish, absolutely no muppets were harmed during the making of this beer.
East Coast Session IPA · Alc 4.5% Vol

Our Cream Ale, Disaster, is anything but...! Light, clean and crisp, this American almost lageresque, highly refreshing and is deceptively easy drinking.
Tip of the Iceberg
West Coast Pale · Alc 4.8% Vol
Dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe and Centennial, this classic West Coast style pale ale has notes of caramel, chewy malt and bags of stone fruit flavours to create a marmalade, piny and resinous beer.
New Zealand Pale · Alc 2.8% Vol
Some brew days don't turn out as you expect, nor do the beers that represent them. And yet, despite everything going to pot, you can end up with a really juicy, tropical flavoured New Zealand Pale that is hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Nectaron. Now that's how you do Damage Limitation.

Our passion is to pair great beers with fantastic food flavours. As a culinary chef, Boobytrap's founder and brewer, Philip Baker, is also an experienced chef who has led a team of cooks to create a wide variety of meals, which are now available from our brewery tap room.
