You must be 18 or older to buy alcohol. By placing an order with us online you are confirming you are 18 or older. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK.

If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient also has to be 18 or older.

Deliveries must be accepted by a person aged 18 or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.

Orders

If we are unable to fulfil the whole of your order for any reason, then we will email you with your options. If we haven’t received a response by 8am the following day then we will ship your order and refund the difference.

Orders may be placed on hold for 2 weeks.

Pre-Sale Items

Any orders containing pre-sales item will be shipped from the designated date on the product page.

If your order contains any additional items, this will not be shipped separately, all items in the same order will be shipped together at once.

Any additional shipping requests will be charged at £7.99. We cannot confirm that any items on the same orders as the pre-sales items can be shipped separately, but will try to accommodate any special requests. Please email moc.yrewerbpartyboobobfsctd-3260df@selas with your order number for any special requests.

Standard Returns Policy

If goods are to be returned to Boobytrap Brewery, they must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, within 14 days of purchase. You will be refunded for the goods once received back into our warehouse, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. Contact us at moc.yrewerbpartyboobobfsctd-2d9f7d@selas if you would like to return your goods back to us and we will help you to do this.

We do not accept returns of perishable goods (all of our beer products) from outside of the UK.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If there is a problem with your order or items are faulty, you must inform Boobytrap Brewery within 30 days of receipt of the order to obtain a refund. To report a problem please contact us at moc.yrewerbpartyboobobfsctd-12bc5d@selas. We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds after this time period has elapsed, but we will do everything in our power to try to work something out.

If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact us at moc.yrewerbpartyboobobfsctd-8fb090@selas and we will either resend the order, or issue a full refund or offer a voucher for the spent amount on your next order, whichever is preferable.

Failed Deliveries

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. In the event of a lost or undelivered order, we may assist in contacting the courier and filing a claim where applicable, but we cannot be held liable for losses caused by courier errors.  Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion based on the outcome of the courier’s investigation.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Replacements

If you have ordered an incorrect size for an item of clothing, we are happy to offer a replacement item (if available) if we are notified within 14 days of the purchase, provided the incorrect item is returned to us in an unworn, saleable condition with all tags still attached. If no replacement is available, please see our returns policy above.

Tax and other charges

As these orders are paid for in the UK, VAT is payable on all online shop orders regardless of the final destination country. We keep all international surcharges to a minimum where possible, but this charge is not something we can waiver.

We try to keep any international surcharges to a minimum for the customer to have as smooth of a shopping experience as possible. However, any international orders may have unexpected local customs charges applied. It is the customers responsibility to clear any custom/tax costs, so please ensure you are happy to do so before placing your order. If you choose to refuse your delivery due to any additional fees, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and any other costs incurred before processing your refund after we have received your return.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Other

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.

No waiver by us of any breach of these terms and conditions by you shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under these terms and conditions pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.”
